• a synopsis detailing your property for those that come to view by appointment.

• Virtual tour of your property
• seller log in to check your stats and add value to your listing
• An Attorney on hand to process the transfer for you if you do not have a relationship with one - this is a free service for the seller.
• Mortgage bond advise through a reputable company so that your buyer does not have to think about 'where to from here'
• If you want to advertise, I will get you a reduced advertising rate and recommend where you advertise and help with your advert wording - no advertising in printed media is offered in this fee at this stage.
• Should you be "stuck in your negotiations" I will step in and help
• I am available to help you - my cell phone is always switched on
• Send me at least 6 photo's, your contact details, property discription, your neighbourhood info - closest schools, shops - what you have enjoyed about living in your home and neighbourhood.
